With our large variety of class times, there aren’t many excuses left. Our WOD (Workouts of the Day) change, (well um – daily). Each workout is designed to challenge all parts of the body evenly and keep you inspired. You’ll look forward to what’s on the board when you walk through the door.
Everyone new to Crossfit can call to book in for our ‘L Plates’ class to get started. We also offer one-on-one and small group sessions by appointment.
